And how to make yummy cookies?

INGREDIENCE

  • 125g softened butter
  • 160g sugar
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 1 whole egg
  • 250g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • handful of chocolate
  • handful of nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of black cocoa

All you need are the ingredients from the list, a preheated oven, baking paper and enthusiastic people around (who won't eat them immediately).

Would you like some cocoa? Just add some cocoa to the batter.

Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and beat the softened butter and sugar in the other. The butter needs to be whipped until the mixture is pale yellow, light and fluffy. Then whisk one of the eggs into the mixture.

The butter needs to be whipped until the mixture is pale yellow, light and fluffy.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. This will form a dough to which you can add chocolate or nuts, depending on your preference. We like both.

Place small portions of dough side by side on the baking sheet.

Finally, place small round portions of dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Done! Bon appetit!

P. S. For the cocoa cookies in step 2, add cocoa to the batter as needed.
